A Word From Us
"The best rooms have something to say about the people who live in them." — David Hicks

We asked ourselves a simple question: what would a home look like if it was built to last forever? Not trendy. Not flashy. Just deeply, quietly right — the kind of home that feels better every year you live in it.

That question became Sterling Court. We chose our location carefully, right beside the Lakowe Corridor. We chose our materials carefully. We chose every detail carefully — because we believe the people who will live here deserve nothing less.

We built this for you. — HayProperty Development

What Sterling Court Is

Three things we never compromise.

Imagine coming home and feeling, before you even open your door, that this place is yours. That is Sterling Court.

Timelessness

Right, ten years from now.

That is not an accident — it is a decision we made at every step of design and construction.

Class

Not the kind you announce.

The kind you feel the moment you walk in — quiet, assured, and completely unmistaken.

Professionalism

Every promise, kept.

What you see is what was designed, and what was designed was done properly — no shortcuts.

Location & Setting

Right in the heart of serenity.

There is a place in Lagos where home feels closer and something calmer takes over. Serene. Open. Still. That is the Lakowe corridor, and Sterling Court sits in the heart of it.

Your neighbours are highly influential individuals and families — people who have worked hard and chosen well. Your view is of serenity, not traffic. Your mornings feel different here. Peaceful. Better.

"If it is quality living, it should be done the Sterling way."

How It Was Built

Four promises, and we kept every one.

Built the way people used to build — slowly, carefully, with materials that age like fine things age. Better.

01

Old craft, new precision

Nigerian artisans, international construction standards, hands that know the work.

02

Materials with character

Stone and timber chosen because they grow more beautiful with time, not because they're expensive.

03

Nothing is an afterthought

Corridors, entrance, and gardens — designed with the same care as the apartments themselves.

04

Order and calm, built in

Landscaped grounds and managed access — a community that was planned, not just constructed.

Structure: Reinforced concrete frame with laterite block infill — built for Nigerian climate and seismic loading.
The Detail

Every room tells a story.

From the drive-way to the top floor, every space was designed so that the moment you arrive, you already feel at home.

01

Classic finishings

Considered materials and finishes throughout, chosen to age well rather than date quickly.

02

Home in every detail

Nothing left to chance — corridors, fittings, and fixtures carry the same level of care as the apartments.

03

Vintage-inspired furnishings

Interiors styled with warmth and character, not showroom sterility.

04

Quiet, assured class

The kind of class you feel the moment you walk in — nothing announced, nothing overstated.

Your Everyday Life Here

Why this makes sense.

A home at Sterling Court is not just somewhere to live. It is something you own — something that holds its value, grows with time, and quietly works for you.

The address does the work

The Lakowe Corridor has been one of Nigeria's most admired addresses for decades. When your home sits beside something that has held its name that long, your investment is protected by more than just bricks and mortar.

Good buildings hold their value

A home built properly — real materials, honest construction, no shortcuts — does not depreciate the way a poorly built one does. Sterling Court was built to be worth more with every passing year.

Strong rental demand

Corporate, diplomatic, and discerning tenants are always looking for homes like this. They pay well, stay long, and treat the place with respect — should you choose to let.

Only a few homes available

Sterling Court is a limited, exclusive development by design. You are not buying into a crowd — you are joining a small group of people who moved early.

A developer who delivers

HayProperty Development has a reputation built on doing what it says it will do — which matters most when you're buying before a building is complete.
